Payement Terms
1.1 All tours will be booked and confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the basic program
rate. For gorilla permits, a full advance payment of the permit fee is required in order to make the
reservation.
1.2 The payment balance should be cleared on the arrival date before the safari begins, unless agreed
otherwise.
1.3 Bookings made within 2 days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
1.4 If payment is not received in accordance with the above, Macvek Tours has the right to cancel the
booking and there shall be no refunds.
